How often should a parking lot be restriped?

Most lots need restriping every one to two years, and sooner in high-traffic areas where the lines wear faster.
How often should asphalt be sealcoated?

Plan on sealcoating every two to three years to protect the asphalt from sun, water and oil.
How long until we can drive on it?

Striping paint is usually dry enough to drive on within an hour. Sealcoating needs 24 to 48 hours to cure. We can work in sections so part of your lot stays open.
