Parking Lot Sealcoating in Northwest Arkansas
Sun, rain and traffic wear asphalt down a little every year. Sealcoating puts a protective layer over the surface so the pavement lasts longer and looks new again.
What sealcoating does
Shields asphalt from sun and oxidation
Keeps water out of the pavement
Resists oil and fuel spills
Restores a deep, even black finish
How we sealcoat a lot
We clean the surface.
We fill cracks first, so the sealer has a sound base.
We apply professional-grade sealer.
The lot stays closed while the sealer cures, usually 24 to 48 hours. We can work in sections so part of the lot stays open.
We restripe once the surface is ready.
When to sealcoat
Every two to three years is typical for a commercial lot. Sealcoat when the asphalt has faded from black to grey or when small cracks start to show.
